Winchester Palace

Situated in south walk in London, Winchester Palace is primarily defined as the 12th century architectural beauty, which served as townhouse of Bishops of Winchester. Remains of some of the demolished palace structures can be seen, even now. Here, you can enjoy the beauty of rose window and the traditional arrangement of three doors. These doors lead to the screens passage to pantry, buttery and kitchen.

This palace has the beauty of medieval time, and with English Heritage, as the governing body. This palace was in use until 17th century, and then, it was divided into warehouses and tenements. However, most of this building was destroyed in a fire, broke in 1814. Later, a redevelopment project took place in 20th century.
