Whitechapel Art Gallery

Constructed in the year 1897, Whitechapel Art Gallery is primarily a public art gallery, and located at the northern side of the Whitechapel High street. It is situated in London Borough of the Tower Hamlets. Charles Harrison Townsend designed this gallery, and it was open to the public in 1901. It is also defined as one of the finest and fist funded galleries for some of the temporary exhibitions in London. 

This gallery has a good knowledge for outreach projects and some educational tours, and currently focused on Whitechapel areas’ of the deprived populations. This platform is known for exhibiting preferred work of the contemporary artists along with some of the organizing retrospective shows and exhibitions, which can evoke interest in local communities.
