Requirements
- Both partners should be at least 18 years old at the time of application
- You should be in a genuine relationship
- You will need to give notice of marriage or getting into a civil partnership in United Kingdom within 6 months of arrival
- You must intend to visit the United Kingdom for less than 6 months and live the United Kingdom at the end of 6 months
- You should have enough funding to support yourself and partner during journey in United Kingdom without gaining access to public funds
- You should be able to manage cost of return journey
