Kensington Palace

Set in the amazing environment of Kensington garden, Kensington Palace is primarily termed as a royal residence. It has been the residential area for the British Royal Family, from the 17th century onwards. Moreover, it is the official residential place of the Duke and current Duchess of Cambridge, Prince Harry, Prince and Princess Michael of Kent and the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester.

At present, the state rooms are open for the public, and managed by Historic Royal Palaces. It is the sole responsibility of the Royal Household to maintain the private and official accommodation areas of this current palace. This palace also has the finest collection of paintings, along with some other objects, all from the Royal Gardens.
