Hogarth's House

Primarily known as former country home of 18th century, Hogarth's House is the place of William Hogarth, a well-known English artist. The service is adjacent to A4. At present, this house is the property of London Borough of Hounslow and it is opened to visitors, without costing them a single penny. In the 18th century, Chriswick was nothing more than a small village, which was separate from metropolis, but can be reached easily. At present, this house has been listed under Grade 1 of listed building.

History unfolds to state that this house was constructed from 1713 to 1717. The first occupant of this place was Rev George Andreas Ruperti, who happens to use this place as a country home. later, it was in the year 1750, when the Hogarths extended this place and added another storey, further in 1769.
